1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PrecisionAudit website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services.
2. Services Description
PrecisionAudit provides financial audit services, including but not limited to financial statement audits, compliance audits, and operational audits. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement between PrecisionAudit and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of our services
- Making appropriate personnel available to assist in the audit process
- Implementing recommendations at their discretion
- Payment for services as outlined in the engagement agreement
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are outlined in the engagement agreement or proposal provided to clients. Payment terms, including due dates and acceptable payment methods, will also be specified in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
5. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information except as required by law or with the client's written permission. Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by PrecisionAudit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the PrecisionAudit website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PrecisionAudit and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrecisionAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for paying for services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association in Toronto, Ontario.
11. Changes to Terms
PrecisionAudit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
